Terms and Conditions

The management reserves the right to refuse or terminate a reservation.

All reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking.

No smoking anywhere in the hotel.

The hotel conforms to 2005 Fire Safety Order.

All damages must be paid for.

Cancellation policy:

Full Refund less £20 Admin fee if cancelled 14 days prior to start date.

13 - 7 days 50% refund no Admin fee

6 - 2 days 25% refund no Admin fee

Less than 2 days no refund.
